In the Guilin rubber machine, the tire vulcanizer products are large in size and have many accessories. For a long time, the transportation packaging has adopted wooden packaging boxes, which consumes a lot of wood resources. In response to the short-time and large supply of tire vulcanizer products for domestic customers, in February this year, Guilin Rubber Machinery launched a packaging optimization improvement project to design a green and lean packaging solution to meet the requirements of transportation packaging. It also reduces the purpose of resource loss.
To this end, the company set up a special design research team to make a pilot improvement of the 63.5" vulcanizing machine with a large output ratio. After research, the research team found that the existing domestic packaging structure of tire vulcanizer is exported. Packaging has evolved from the foundation, and there is indeed a need for export shipping with poor transportation conditions. However, for domestic road transportation with near roads, short time, flat roads and basically controllable processes, the original scheme is too complicated and Excessive protection (except special requirements). Therefore, it is possible to simplify packaging and reduce resource consumption. Therefore, the research team further analyzed the data of various packaging consumables, and conducted non-requirement to determine the fixed mode, lifting and cabinet design. And other optimization points.
Optimized design, the base package of the equipment cancels the steel tray and wooden box, and directly lifts the equipment; the beam package is changed to the newly designed simple steel tray, and the wooden box is cancelled, and the equipment itself is directly lifted; in addition, multiple units The wall panels share a tray, and the redesigned wallboard packaging box reduces the package size, reduces the weight, and improves the lifting method; redesigns the designed tire loading mechanism package and appropriately enlarges to accommodate the connecting rod. The pre-fabricated sloping squares are reduced in size and the parts are placed in this box to prevent loss.
In the end, through a series of packaging improvements, the 63.5" vulcanizer packaging resource consumption was estimated to be reduced by 46.79%, and the consumption reduction effect was remarkable.
