On April 13, Sanming Chemical's first electric control cabinet product was officially launched and delivered. As an important part of the injection molding machine, the electric control cabinet will be mass-produced for the injection molding machine products of the KraussMaffei Sea Salt Factory. It is reported that the injection molding machine frame and fuel tank and other supporting products standardized by Sanming Chemical Machinery will also be rolled out.

In November 2017, with the support of KraussMaffei technicians, the research and development and product team of Sanming Chemical Machinery completed the sample trial production of the electric control cabinet, rack and fuel tank project, successfully passed the test and began accepting orders from Haiyan Factory. . After the preliminary material preparation, in mid-March this year, the electric control cabinet project team officially began the installation, commissioning and inspection of mass production products. These accessory products will also be applied to the injection molding machine equipment independently produced by Sanming Chemical Machinery in the future.

According to the business integration plan of Sanminghua Machine and KraussMaffei, Sanming Chemical Machinery will build KraussMaffei injection molding machine production line and produce PX injection molding machine to provide high quality products and services to more customers. Realize the transformation and upgrade of the business. At present, Sanming Chemical Machinery is systematically promoting preparatory work such as plant renovation, old equipment relocation, new equipment procurement and commissioning, and internal staff post adjustment.

According to reports, in April, PX's first localized prototype will be produced at the Haiyan plant, and then the PX injection molding machine team will move to Sanming Chemical Co., Ltd. to jointly build the injection molding machine production line. According to the plan, Sanming Chemical Machinery plans to produce the first PX user test machine at its 60th anniversary in October, and officially entered the market in the second year. In the future, the injection molding machine will gradually replace the vulcanizing machine and become the main product of Sanming Chemical Machinery. This is also the goal and specific implementation measures of Sanming Chemical's business strategy adjustment.

In July 2017, Sanming Chemical Machinery signed a management service agreement with KraussMaffei. In December of the same year, its SAP ERP Phase I quick win project was officially launched and has recently been launched. The official downline of the electronic control cabinet products is another substantial result of the business integration of the two parties. The person in charge of Sanming Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. stated that the global injection molding machine manufacturing and assembly base, the electronic control cabinet global supply center and the intelligent manufacturing (robot) base are the new business strategic goals, and the Sanming Chemical Machinery is accelerating.
