The equipment technology level has reached the world level and has the capability of large-scale industrial application and promotion.
According to the results of on-site assessment data, the mechanical and mechanical indicators of the device reached or even exceeded the contracted requirements under the condition of 110% load. Especially the core process technical index of washing efficiency, the contract requirement value is the acetic acid content of the filter cake ≤ 4.5kg/t-CTA dry basis, and the actual running value of the filter cake acetic acid content is 2kg/t-CTA dry basis, excellent For other similar equipment.
As the core and new technology of PTA equipment, CTA solvent exchange technology has a milestone in the development of PTA technology, so it has become a technology that various PTA process companies are competing to develop. Tianhuayuan began research and development of solvent exchange related technologies as early as ten years ago. After years of experience, it has mastered this technology.
The technology adds complex process water to a specially designed CTA solvent exchanger, filters and washes the CTA slurry containing acetic acid, replaces it with an aqueous CTA filter cake, and then transfers the refining unit through beating, which can be complicated. The filtration, drying, pneumatic conveying, and storage processes of the PTA oxidation unit are simplified to a "solvent exchange" unit. The technology can greatly shorten the process flow of the PTA oxidation unit, reduce equipment investment, and has the advantages of small equipment footprint and convenient operation.
At present, Tianhua Institute has applied for 20 relevant Chinese patents and 5 foreign patents, of which 14 are authorized, including 5 invention patents.
