Shenyang Chemicals 78-year-old factory area was successfully closed

At 10:50 on March 25, the shutdown ceremony of Shenyang Chemical Factory was officially held. Under the attention of hundreds of employees, the flag flying in the old factory area of Shenyang Chemical Industry and the Blue Star Company and Shenyang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. descended slowly, and the 78-year-old old factory area was successfully closed. At this moment, the goodness of the future and the enthusiasm for the old factory are intertwined in everyone's mind.

Here, carrying the vicissitudes of Shenyang Chemical Industry for 78 years, inscribed with the hard work marks of several generations of Shenhua people. The Shenyang Chemical Plant, which was founded in 1938, is one of the early large-scale chemical companies in China. It has made outstanding contributions to the founding of New China, the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, reform and opening up, and the revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China. China's first batch of domestic cylinder oil, the first barrel of "666" powder, the first bag of fumed silica is off the assembly line here; China's first set of PVC paste resin production equipment and the first set of ion film production equipment are here Installation and commissioning. In recent years, Shenyang Chemical has responded to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, eliminated individual backward production capacity, adjusted the industrial structure, and concentrated on expanding the 10,000-ton/year PVC paste resin plant introduced in the year to a scale of 130,000 tons/year. The production equipment has greatly enhanced the production scale and profitability of the company. It has entered the ranks of “Top Ten Taxpaying Enterprises in Shenyang City” for six consecutive years, contributing to economic development and social employment.

 With the changes of the times and the pace of urban development, a large number of enterprises in the old Tiexi District have moved, and the original base has become a commercial residential area. In 2012, as a subsidiary of a central enterprise, Shenyang Chemical took the initiative to assume social responsibility. According to the unified requirements of the Shenyang Municipality and the Tiexi District Government, it began to plan and design the old factory to move away from the project. After two years of project construction and driving preparation, on January 8 this year, the Shenyang Chemical Relocation and Reconstruction Project located in Shenyang Chemical Industry Park was successfully commissioned. Since then, Shenyang Chemical will write a new legend on a larger platform.

The old factory area will be officially shut down. Shenhua will continue its history and glory in the new factory and continue to work hard to build Shenyang Chemical into a powerful 100-year enterprise. As Shen Huaren said in the ritual vows, they must inherit the fine tradition of old Shenhua and open a brilliant future of innovation. Shenyang Chemical, which has realized the relocation and upgrading, will have more room for development, and its capacity of 200,000 tons/year will make it the crown of the largest PVC paste resin producer in Asia. At the same time, Shenyang Chemical will also target the world's paste resin production base, and become a leading industry leader. In the future, Shenyang Chemical will take advantage of new chemical materials such as paste resin to give full play to its research and development advantages, and extend the chain of chlor-alkali chemicals, petrochemicals and fine chemical products to gradually transform the product structure into serialization and refinement, and become an advanced equipment.
